We want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all eyewear. Whether it is a fit issue or a change of style, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your JINS account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place your eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth securely inside the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 30 days of your delivery date.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
