How long will it take to receive my prescription glasses?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. This timeframe includes our precision lens-cutting process and a rigorous quality control check to ensure your vision is perfect.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames or if there is an issue with your prescription, you can return them for a full refund or a one-time exchange.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and lenses?
Yes, all JINS eyewear comes with a limited one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame and lens coatings. It does not cover accidental damage or scratches from normal wear.
Can I use my vision insurance to purchase glasses?
While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we can provide you with a detailed itemized receipt that you can submit to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
How do I find my frame size?
Frame sizes are usually printed on the inside of the temple arm. You can also use our Virtual Try-On tool or refer to our Fit Guide to find the perfect dimensions for your face shape.
What lens types do you offer?
We offer a wide range of high-quality lenses including high-index 1.60 as our standard, blue light filtering (JINS SCREEN), photochromic (color-changing), and polarized sun lenses.
